7. Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

Dad Division Co. operates an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving their order to request an exchange.

All exchange requests are subject to our inspection, eligibility requirements and approval process.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once the returned item has been assessed and approved for exchange, Dad Division Co. will arrange the replacement and ship it to the customer free of charge.

Items must meet the conditions stated in our Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy, including being unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage, improper care or normal wear and tear may not qualify for an exchange.

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or not as described, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs or videos. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law, including where a refund or another remedy is legally required.
